“Rita’s Catering” LLC was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia. We were among the founders of catering business here in Armenia, and for many years our high standards and expertise have become a trademark in this industry.

Our management team has many years of experience in catering projects not only in Armenia, but also in the United States, and Canada. Many members of our team have taken specialized culinary and business management classes with training practice in the US, UK, Canada, and India.

Rita Harutyunyan is the owner and the director of the company.  Being formally educated as an engineer (PhD in Electrical Engineering), after spending  20 years in science and lecturing at Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, Rita transitioned into foodservice and hospitality industry. She took courses and practiced abroad (Gardner Merchant Leisure of London; Lancashire School of Business; PFS of Toronto, Canada; RMA, USA) as well as participated in start-up company management in Chicago, USA.

 “Rita’s Catering” started as a family-run business with some of the family members working for many years side by side, every day. Keeping our overheads low makes us competitive in the local market.  You'll find that we take pride in what we do, and prepare each and every order with full attention to detail. As our business has developed, we've always followed our mission, to provide you with best catering experience in Armenia.

Our menu includes local and international cuisine of Italy, India, Middle East, China and Latin America.  Freshly prepared food coupled with our expertise at creating ambience through the use of table decorations, floral arrangements, special linens, themed centerpieces ensures a dynamic and delicious presentation for you and your guests. 

Whether it's a birthday or a wedding party, a buffet or a sit-down dinner, a boxed lunch delivery, or a sophisticated corporate gathering for 500, we can handle all of the details and do event planning from start to finish.
